Our Service

We provide end-to-end HR and recruitment support to Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and GP practices, ensuring staff are recruited, onboarded, managed, and supported in line with NHS Directed Enhanced Service (DES) requirements, HR best practice, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

We work collaboratively with PCNs, ensuring clear responsibilities and a seamless approach to workforce management.
