Primary Care Networks (PCNs) were established in 2019 and brought together GP practices in same the neighbourhood. PCNs work together alongside other local providers such as community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and council services.
East Lancashire Alliance provides support for 9 PCNs covering 47 Member GP Practices, serving a population of over 400,000 patients.
