East Lancashire Alliance provides a HR & Recruitment Management service to several PCN’s, encompassing advertisement of roles, shortlisting of candidates, interviewing, checking compliance, induction and onboarding.
So far, we have worked with PCN’s to recruit over 120 ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme) roles including Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers and Mental Health Practitioners.
